Services We Provide

Baby dedications are held the second Saturday of every month at the 6:00 PM service. This is an opportunity for parents to openly and publicly dedicate their children to the Lord as well as themselves as parents, before the congregation of the church. We dedicate children who are between the ages of newborn to 5 years old.

All parents who desire to dedicate their child must attend one counseling session with a member of the pastoral staff. This session is used to clarify what responsibilities the parents have to the child and what God expects from them as parents.

Education Department

The Education Department seeks to empower students to achieve their educational goals and to equip parents with the knowledge and resources to insure their child has a successful education. The Education Department's goal is to challenge young students to reach their full potential by beginning to immediately work towards realizing and reaching their educational objectives.

The Education Department offers the following resources:

* College Preparation Program
* SAT Preparation Class
* Financial Aid Seminars
* Parent Education Program
* Parent/Student Rights Workshops

Funerals

If you experience a death in your family and are a member of Abundant Living Family Church, the church is available to you for the funeral service.

Please call to schedule the funeral service and to confirm the availability of church property. If you are not planning to have the service at ALFC, please give us the address of the funeral service site.

The church office will notify and relay all information to the Bereavement Team in case there is a need for any of the following services:

• Home Visitation
• Pastoral Eulogy
• Church Facilities (ALFC Café may be available)

Please notify the church office at 909.987.7110, ext. 521 as soon as possible so that arrangements, cards, acknowledgments, prayers, and pastoral care can begin.

Water Baptism

Water baptism is a commandment ordained by Jesus. It is an outward sign of an inward change, showing identity with the death, burial and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ and your new life as a new creature - Matthew 28. All individuals who are born again by accepting Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior are candidates to be baptized and can sign up by calling the church office at 909.987.7110, ext. 534.

Weddings

We are delighted that you have chosen to share your very special occasion with us. The monumental decision to share your lives together is one of communion with each other and with God.

We understand that although this is a joyous time, it can also be a very stressful time due to the detailed planning and financial responsibilities. We have listed some basic costs you will need to consider as you plan your wedding.

We encourage you to make all arrangements through the ALFC Wedding Coordinator. The Wedding Coordinator will schedule a one hour block of time for the wedding rehearsal and will also assist you with the wedding day agenda.
